Shipping policy

Wines are shipped in cardboard boxes. We protect wine to industry standards and use earth-friendly materials for packing.

Age Requirements

FedEx et al require that alcohol be delivered to persons aged 21 years and older. A signature is required for receipt of delivery. Please be sure to enter your full name with your delivery address. You may be asked to provide identification by the carrier.

Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

Carriers like FedEx will make three (3) delivery attempts before the package is returned to us. If your package is returned to us and you would like it re-shipped, please email us at hello@pashandglou.com. Re-shipping will incur an additional fee in addition to the new shipping cost, and can only occur once we have received the returned package. If instead you prefer a refund for a returned package, you will incur a return fee of $25 to cover the costs associated with the return.

Canceling and Re-routing

Both canceling and re-routing an order (in the same state of the address originally associated with the delivery) will incur a fee based on the order/package size. Please contact us directly should you need to cancel or re-route an order. Arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Weather Considerations

Shipping wine is best done in cooler (not frigid) weather, as both heat and extreme cold affect the quality of the wine. Be mindful of the weather when placing an order for shipment, as we are not responsible for heat/cold damage of the products. We discourage shipping wines in the summer. You may request that we hold your wines until the weather is better suited for shipping - in which case you should get in touch with us directly to make specific arrangements.

Timeline

After placing your order, we need 2-3 business days to fulfill. You will receive communications when you place and order and when your order ships. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so that you can plan for a smooth delivery.
